• 1-800-REMODEL will provide any of the following services at no charge:
• We will send the data you provide to the contractors that meet the parameters that you input into the form to ensure that the contractors that contact you provide the services for which you are looking.
• We will set up appointments with contractors if you would like us to.
• If we do not have a contractor that meets your requirements (i.e. we do not have a contractor that provides the services you are looking for in your location), we will attempt to find one for you at no charge.
• Consumers are provided with follow-up for a customer service representative to ensure that they are receiving positive interactions with contractors.
• We provide you with additional resources that can be used to get added information on the contractors before you decide to go with one.
• An informative e-book that provides consumers with tips and tricks to avoid bad experiences while remodeling their homes.
